Just to share with u all...I got this from my fren.
Day 1
Breakfast - Black coffee/tea, 1 slice toast, 2 tsp peanut butter, 1 grapefruit
Lunch - Black coffee/tea, 4 ozs tuna, 1 slice toast
Dinner - 1 slice cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 4 ozs beetroot, 1 small apple, 4 ozs ice-cream
Day 2
Breakfast - Black coffee/tea, 1 slice toast, 1 egg boiled/poached, half a banana
Lunch - Black coffee/tea, 4 ozs cottage cheese, 5 Ritz biscuits
Dinner - 2 frankfurters, 2 ozs broccoli, 2 ozs carrots, half a banana, 4 ozs ice-cream
Day 3
Breakfast - Black coffee/tea, 1 egg hard boiled
Lunch - Black coffee/tea, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 5 Ritz biscuits, 1 small apple
Dinner - 4 ozs tuna, 4 ozs beetroot, 4 ozs cauliflower, half a piece of melon, 4 ozs ice-cream
1 = 30ml or 30g
You must drink at least 1.5L of water each day
Toast is to be dry - no butter or margarine. Ice-cream is to be vanilla flavour only.
This diet is to be used for 3 days at time. It must be followd exactly to lose up to 5-10lbs in 3 days. After 3 days of dieting, you can eat normally but not to overdo it.
